The demo is free to explore, with no account needed. Selected agents pay a fee to be listed in the planned product. We haven’t announced future home-seeker pricing.
Where can I look?
The demo has 24 invented listings across seven Stellenbosch suburbs. Cape Town and Somerset West are coming soon. These example homes aren’t available to book.
Which property sites work?
You can save an http or https link from Property24, Private Property or any agency website. Details are entered by hand; we don’t fetch, scrape or preview those pages. We aren’t affiliated with those portals.
Is my data private?
Your lists, contact details and viewing notes stay in this browser in the demo. A shared list link carries the homes and typed listing details you choose to share. Waitlist submissions go to our server and, when configured, the lewkAi CRM. Read the privacy page.
Does the app send messages for me?
You see a preview, then open your own WhatsApp or email. You decide whether to send. For several agents, the app steps through one at a time. A “Sent” mark records that you tapped a hand-off; it can’t confirm delivery.
Can any agent join?
Listing is for hand-picked agents only. Agents and agencies can apply by email. Selected agents pay to be listed, and applying doesn’t guarantee acceptance. The demo has no live agency feed or paid listings.
