Your lists live on this device
Your shortlist, other lists, pasted links, manually entered listing and agent details, theme, decisions, proposed times, contact details, notes, ratings and hand-off marks are saved in this browser’s local storage. We don’t upload them. Anyone who can access this browser may be able to see them. Clearing this site’s browser data removes them; there is no cloud backup or cross-device account in the demo.
Links you choose to share
A shared list puts the list name, example property IDs and saved links with their typed listing and agent details into the URL fragment. This fragment isn’t sent to our server. Anyone who has the full link can read and forward it. Your personal contact details, proposed viewing times, notes, ratings and hand-off marks aren’t included in a shared list. Your own messaging or sharing app receives the link when you choose to share it.
Messages and directions
The demo shows a message preview and opens your WhatsApp or email app only when you choose it. Messages include the relevant properties, your proposed times, optional note and any name or phone number you entered. You choose whether to send in that app. “Sent” marks record a tap or copy, not delivery. Calls, original listing links and Google Maps directions also open external services on your request. Those services apply their own privacy policies.
Adding a listing link
We store only the URL and details you enter by hand. We don’t fetch, scrape or preview property portal pages or copy their photographs. When a supported installed Android app receives a shared link, the browser passes the shared URL or text to the app to pre-fill the form. Share parameters are removed from the address bar after reading; a server or proxy may log the original request URL.
Maps, fonts and offline use
Google Fonts supplies the interface fonts. Only when you open a viewing map do we load Leaflet from unpkg and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. These providers receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address. We don’t request your GPS location. A service worker caches the app shell for offline use, excluding API responses and share parameters. The demo contains no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
The optional waitlist
Submitting the waitlist sends your email, whether you’re a home seeker or agent, area and optional agency name to our server. We save a timestamped entry and, only when configured, hand the entry to the lewkAi CRM as a contact for this product. CRM failures may be logged for retry or investigation. Public waitlist responses expose counts, not emails; the full list is available only through the server’s local administrative interface.
We use waitlist details to respond to your interest and send launch updates. The agent waitlist doesn’t approve an application or take payment. Email hello@lewkai.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to stop updates. Waitlist records are retained until you ask for removal or the launch list is retired; operational backups may take longer to clear.
Agent applications
“Apply to be listed” opens your email app addressed to hello@lewkai.com. Approved agents in the planned product pay a listing fee; this demo takes no payments. Any information you include in your application is sent only when you send the email yourself. We use it to consider and respond to the application.
